Fettucine Carbonara

Fettucine Carbonara

Ingredients
4 bacon rashers, chopped

1 large onion, chopped

250g mushrooms, sliced

300ml cream2 eggs, lightly beaten

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup chopped parsley

¼ tspn ground black pepper

¼ cup white wine

Cooked fettucine, for serving


Method
1. Saute first 3 ingredients.

2. Mix in remaining ingredients, heat gently - do not boil.

3. Serve sauce folded through hot pasta.
